    This Licensing Policy explains the rights and restrictions that apply to all content generated through VectorEngine, operated by Creefty LLC. By using VectorEngine, you agree to the licensing terms described below.
  • Ownership of Generated Content
    VectorEngine uses AI technology to generate graphics, vectors, icons, and other creative outputs. All generated assets belong to the user under the licensing rules provided in this policy. VectorEngine does not claim ownership of the content you create.
    The platform itself, including all software, models, and underlying technology, remains the exclusive property of Creefty LLC.
  • Licensing for Paid Users
    Users with an active paid subscription receive full commercial rights to all content they generate. Paid users may use their content for commercial, business, and client work without limitations or attribution requirements.
    All generated content created by paid users is treated as private and is never showcased, displayed publicly, or used for marketing without explicit written permission.
  • Licensing for Free Users
    Users who generate content using free credits receive personal-use rights only, meaning the content may be used for non-commercial and non-profit purposes.
    VectorEngine may showcase, display, or use free-plan outputs for marketing, examples, previews, or platform demonstrations. This includes thumbnails, example galleries, or promotional materials. Free user content will never be shown alongside personally identifiable information.
  • Prohibited Uses
    Users may not use VectorEngine-generated content for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes. This includes violating the rights of others, generating copyrighted replicas, or misusing the platform for harmful or misleading content.
    Users are responsible for ensuring their use of generated content complies with applicable laws.
  • Rights Retained by VectorEngine
    While users retain rights to their generated content, VectorEngine retains the right to:
    • Process prompts and outputs as needed to operate the platform
    • Use anonymized data for model and system improvement
    • Showcase free-tier output samples as described above
    Paid user data is never used for showcasing, marketing, or public display.
  • Third-Party Rights
    Although VectorEngine creates original content, outputs may sometimes resemble existing works. Users are responsible for ensuring their usage does not infringe on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or protected designs.
  • Termination of Licensing Rights
    Commercial rights for paid users remain valid permanently for all content generated during their subscription. Free users’ personal-use license also remains valid indefinitely. Licenses may be revoked only in cases of severe violation of these terms, abuse of the platform, or illegal activity.
