  • This Refund Policy outlines how VectorEngine, operated by Creefty LLC, handles payments and refunds for subscriptions and credits purchased through the platform. By using VectorEngine or making a purchase, you agree to the terms described below.
  • No Refunds
    VectorEngine does not offer refunds for any subscriptions, credits, or payments. All payments made on the platform are final and non-refundable.
    Users are encouraged to evaluate VectorEngine using the 5 free credits provided to every new user before deciding to purchase a subscription. These free credits allow you to fully test the platform’s functionality and output quality.
  • Automatic Renewals
    All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewal charges are final and non-refundable.
    If you do not wish to continue your subscription, it is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing cycle.
  • Subscription Cancellation
    You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Canceling your subscription will stop future billing but does not result in a refund for already processed payments.
    You will continue to have access to your plan’s features until the end of the current billing period.
  • Payment Processing
    All payments are securely processed through Stripe. VectorEngine does not collect, process, or store your credit card information. Any billing issues related to payment methods must be resolved through Stripe or your banking provider.
  • Exceptional Circumstances
    While payments are non-refundable, we may review rare exceptional cases, such as:
    • Duplicate transactions
    • Technical errors causing accidental multiple charges
    • Fraudulent or unauthorized payments
    Requests for review must be submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Approval is not guaranteed and is handled at our sole discretion.
