  These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of VectorEngine (the “Service”), operated by Creefty LLC. By accessing or using VectorEngine, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
• Description of Service
  VectorEngine is an AI graphic design platform that allows users to generate graphics, vectors, and related digital assets. To use the Service, users must create an account.
• Eligibility
  You must be at least 13 years old to use VectorEngine. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
• Accounts
  When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for harmful or unlawful activities.
• Subscriptions and Billing
  VectorEngine offers paid subscription plans. All payments are securely processed through Stripe, and we do not store or access your credit card information. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  
  Refund Policy VectorEngine does not offer refunds. All users receive 5 free credits to test the platform before subscribing.
• User Rights to Generated Content
  Users who subscribe to a paid plan receive full commercial rights to all assets they generate using the Service. Users who do not subscribe and only use free credits receive personal-use rights only for the assets generated unless they upgrade to a paid plan. VectorEngine does not claim ownership over the content you generate.
• Acceptable Use
  You agree not to use VectorEngine for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Using the Service to create illegal or harmful content
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform
  • Uploading or generating content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Attempting to disrupt or damage the Service
  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
• Intellectual Property
  The VectorEngine platform, including its software, design, and features, is owned by Creefty LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your rights apply only to the content you generate, not to the platform itself.
• Limitation of Liability
  VectorEngine is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding reliability, performance, or suitability for your specific purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creefty LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days prior to the claim.
• Termination
  We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violating these Terms or engaging in misuse or harmful activity. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and discontinuing use of the Service.
• Changes to Terms
  We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes occur, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted indicates that you accept the revised Terms.
